In order to receive the Kaleidescape Academy Award Winners - Best Picture collection at no cost you must purchase one the following elegible Kaleidescape Systems listed below between April 1st 2009 and June 30th 2009.

Rules and Restrictions
1) This promotion is offered SOLELY through Digital Studio Werks, an authorized Kaleidescape Dealer, and is not in any way, shape or form endorsed or sponsored by Kaleidescape Inc.

2) The Kaleidescape Academy Award Winners - Best Picture Collection promotion will start on April 1, 2009 and end June 30, 2009.

3) A qualifying Kaleidescape System must be purchased and paid for in full between April 1, 2009 and end June 30, 2009. Payment MUST be made via Wire Transfer or Cashiers Check in United States Dollars from one of the following U.S. Banks. Bank of America, WellsFargo, US Bank or CitiBank. Credit Cards, Checks (Personal or Business) and/or Money Orders will not be accepted for this promotion.

5) A qualifying system must be a NEW Kaleidescape System. Demo systems that Digital Studio Werks may make available and pre-owned/trade-in systems are not eligible.

6) Due to the nature of DVD availability and distribution, the movies that are included within the Kaleidescape Academy Award Winners - Best Picture Collection are subject to change without notice. If a title is unavailable or backordered, or if a customer orders several Kaleidescape Collections that include identical titles, those duplicates may be removed or an appropriate substitution may be made, all at Kaleidescape’s sole discretion at any time without notice. Kaleidescape Academy Award Winners - Best Picture Collection DVD's will be shipped to the customer in original DVD cases.
